Absolutely. Every morning we broadcast the day's menu on WhatsApp. You can make simple swaps — e.g., replace sambar with rasam, or request extra kootu. Full customisation is available on the Lunch + Dinner plan.
Just message us by 9 AM that day to pause your delivery. Monthly plans allow 3–5 pause days. Paused days are carried forward — never wasted. We also credit you if we miss a delivery.
Yes! We deliver 7 days a week. Weekends feature our special rotating items — Grand Millet Sadhya on Saturday/Sunday is a subscriber favourite. Weekend delivery by 1 PM (lunch) and 7:30 PM (dinner).
Yes — all our millets have a lower glycaemic index than rice. We have a dedicated Diabetic-Friendly meal option daily. Subscribers can request no-sugar-added preparations for the entire plan, at no extra charge.
We deliver within a 10 km radius of Nungambakkam — covering Kilpauk, Chetpet, Anna Nagar, Alwarpet, T. Nagar, Egmore, Kodambakkam, Shenoy Nagar, and surrounding areas. Check our delivery zone map on the Contact page.

Yes! We do bulk office lunch deliveries from 10 people upward. We also handle corporate events, team lunches, and festival catering (Kozhukattai for Ganesh Chaturthi, Sundal for Navratri, etc.). Contact us for a custom quote.
